  • No, we don’t accept COD.
9.Does Mechtex give warranty on products?
  • Yes, One year from the date of delivery.

  • Only manufacturing defects are covered under warranty.
11.How do I claim warranty on my product?
  • a) Send an issue related email to marketing5@mechtex.com with copy of invoice and picture of the delivered product attached in an email.

12. Can I cancel my order?
  • We do not accept cancellation of order once the payment has been processed.
13.Can I get a GST set off?
  • Yes, provided you have a valid GST number and it has been input correctly. Also you require to input state and address associated with the GST number.
